The holland board of directors propose some holland business.

Some 20 shares becomes 1 share kind of holland plan and par reduce to 5 sen after consolidate, so if you hold 1,000 5sen shares becomes 50 new shares. 5 sen becomes RM1, RM1 becomes 5 sen.

Means if you invest RM10,000 buy 2 sen (assume ever listed again) has 500,000 shares, the jokers consolidate your shares become 25,000 shares, and price adjust to 5 sen, means your investment value becomes RM1,250 if lucky. If holland plan fails it becomes zero.

Some other holland plan even worst simply dilute all shareholders.

Mates. Shoot at the directors at will. Complain to Bursa.
