@ Honesty, take care of yourselve and the stock you hold may to get bubble. We normally need to worry at overvalued stock, How can bubble happens in a undervalued stock?
Honestly speaking, i'm holding topglov for long long time and investment result still in positive, i just hope shortise will lose in this battle, that's all.

Topglov with average PE 20x since its IPO & about 25x for last 5 - 10 years. So, with FPE now about 5 is clearly undervalued while its ASP still keep in increasing trend not decreasing.
Some but not all will think that its ASP will drop in 2022, who can knows the thing ahead, and who can guess maybe gloves ASP will still keep going up in contrarily due to some circumstances we may unable to predict. Even it comes true with ASP drop, then how much drop will it be from current's level? ASP now is still keep going up is fact, in future let say it drops back to the current level, then either with PE 20× or 25×, it price should be at range from 12.74 - 15.93 assuming the earning keep at the same level but we know it will be more from its increment of production quantity.
Let say its ASP drop more but nobody can gives how much it will drop? I don't think it can drop a lot, buyers still need glove in daily life & activity. ASP is much more depending on supply-demand situation to balance, buyers can't stop using glove because they want the price to be the lowest. Who knows ASP in 2022 may further hoing up, in this case topglov share price will be more undervalued from now on. FPE will be much smaller & ridiculous. So, i can say with current share price, top glove can simply to get attention to draw investors.

Today closing prices for THKS still higher than closing dated at 21/1/21 after rally from past 2 days.
Even today got adjustment, glove lovers still happy the end up result after the past 2 days rally, but anti-glove? Anti-glove may just happy for ??? after seeing today closed lower which may due to profit taking from adjustment & 2 of call warrants were due today (cw-c88 from supermx & cw-c41 from harta).

After today 2 warrants due, most of the warrants from THKS from 29/1/21 until 31/5/21 will due with negative value if compare with closing price of their mother shares today. I tried to compile all the warrants till 31/5/21 for THKS & compare their cash settlement against today THKS closing prices, we can see most warrants are in negative value which means & hopefully warrants will no longer be a issue to hinder gloves to perform.
Total warrants with maturity due from 29/1/21 till 31/5/21, we use today mother share prices as reference:
1) Kossan total 12 warrants, only cw-c7 IB need cash settlement with due at positive value (rm 0.094), the rest 11 warrants are negative value with no cash settlement.
2) Harta total 14 warrants, only 2 warrants with positive value: c45 with rm 0.029 & c40 with rm 0.777(Kenanga), the rest 12 warrants are with negative value.
3) Topglov total 20 warrants, only 4 with positive value, c84 due soon at 29/1/21, with rm 0.030. Others warrants c78 due with rm 0.230, c76 due with rm 0 255 & c74 due with rm 1.514 (Kenanga), the rest 16 warrants are due with negative value.
4) Supermx total 19 warrants. Also warrants due with negative value closing warrants > positive value warrants.
Positive value due warrants are : c-1a (rm 0.43), c-92 (rm 1.085 from ambank), c-93 (rm 0.439), c-95 (rm 0.393), c-97 (rm 0.271), c94 (rm 0.399), c90 (rm 2.200 due at 26/4, Kenanga) & c98 (rm 0.358). The rest 11 warrants are due with negative value.
Here we can see most of the warrants will due with negative, those due even in positive the value is much lesser than last year for cash settlement as that time most warrants' strike ratio are small and < 1. This year the strike ratio are much bigger, even mother share up more in future after divided by strike ratio, the cash settlement will be much reduced, moreover If the mother share number IB hold bigger than the warrants number in the market, they may get benefit also for mother share price go higher.
I think THKS price can go even higher with not much barrier referring to the profit they can generate all the way. ASP is the issue, vaccine should not be. However i don't think the ASP can drop tremendously as gloves demand still can last for long time and it is essential. More awareness & needed to be used especially after this pandemic. A price after increased with demand still in track, unlikely for the price to adjust lower very much in future. In short, a good thing will always be appreciated, just a matter of time.
