You will see if IRIS goes up again, those who being negative will also 'perhaps' will chase the price and started to ignore what they said negatively, those typical retailers when they lose or miss the boat. Force selling today shall carry the volume of 0.62b shares transacted on 2nd feb, and today price only drops 1cent from 0.37c to lowest so far 14 0.36c, so it so well absorbed in spite of all bad stories I read here. So I think we should take decisions wisely based on fact and real judgment not by listening or stories just to create perception. btw I started to go in at the price of 0.36 cents and will accumulate more if the price further down.

Typical retailers in the Malaysian stock market, when the price is down thousand bad stories come out and influence others to sell or liquidate. When the price moving up those who create bad stories suddenly disappear and new writer to tell about all good stories with new TP, Limit up bla bla bla. haha ha ... you money your decision, there is no stock to continue to go down, and there no stock continues to go up as long there are still a fundamental. Those who are controlling the stake and big sharks smiling watching punters-retailers burning their fingers...while they all waiting making money...

I just cleared mine, bought 0.17c sold 0.175, just enough to pay a brokerage fee and little margin. This counter too slow, room for increment also seems to be narrow. Better switching to another counter which faster moving.

When money exhausted obtained from what has been done now, ESOS, PP, Consolidate, SIS, Right Issue bla bla... They will start again the same game issue ESOS, PP, SIS then when the number increase consolidates again and put some RI with a sweetener like free warrant.. ha ha ha ...better stay away gais from this scam company.

In stock when there are many people who hate and curse that counter and volume getting low, it will slowly start the move to the uptrend. And when the price is up and so many people chasing the counter along with significant volume. When many people realized and start chasing the price, and at the time so many good stories will appear with TP at this price that price without realizing that time the price will slowly start to stagnant and sharks will start throwing and the punters still buying without realizing price soon will retract, that the reason people got trapped.
My simple 2c opinion, buy when volume low and when panic selling, sell when volume high and when people chasing.

@Bgt 9963, how you calculate with FD RM126Mil with 3% interest they will get RM36mil? it is only RM3.6mil. And with RM3.6mil a year do they survive to pay operating cost including salary? they exhaust the money within just a few years before they probably start asking the money again by using this instrument again like PP, ESOS, SIS, RI, Warrant, and perhaps Consolidate again.

For those who wanted to run, run quickly now, bcoz, after this, you cannot run anymore as you have nothing in your basket. Next cause of action when the time comes, you will start chasing to fill your basket again...cheers!

curve almost Flaten, time to look for moving to the south, at least it has been oversold for time being...it is common when the price down, all negative comments will appear and many punters start liquidating due to panic, when it moving up all positive comments also appears, and so many punters start chasing again, irrespective fundamentally strong or otherwise... I still believe there will be the time it will go up after down badly. Thinking positive.... cheers!

I already told many times before, never ever trust this company...however so many promoters keep telling TP price RM1, RM1, RM1 even after consolidation ....now when RI joins the mother, share volume gonna go back to the original volume and price where it started. Apa2 pun this CON and scam company juga yang untung dapat duit lepas issue ESOS, SIS, PP, and now RI. After this when the company runs out of cash, consolidate again, issue PP again, issue ESOS again nd again. Where is the AI vending machine? PP issued purposely for AI vending machines or paying salary?.... never ever trust this company

As I mentioned early this morning, it should be closing higher today. Tomorrow 90c will be tested or further up before taking a short rest again, TP for this counter should be above RM1 in the long run.

quarterly profit 10mil, cumulative profit 22mil in the situation where many other companies making a loss. Any opinion that going to 70c is just a frustrated person who already misses the boat. it has been dangling for 4 days already without moving. Today it should be up than yesterday's closing price.

@monique1968, if you have collected Vivocom at 0.03, even before consolidation you already earned as the price before consolidation is already 0.45c. This price has fluctuated quite long since 11-Aug-20

@Survivor13, based on chart history, price closed on 28-Oct-2020 is 0.45c with 4.757m shares traded not 0.045c as you stated.

Vivocom consolidates from 10:1 and the last price before consolidation is 0.45c/share, hence your share of 10,000 costs you RM4500/ and later become 1000 units at a consolidating price of approx RM1, so losing RM3500/= So where got Vivocom up? For sure consolidation cost everybody losing!

@bigfund, you thought the punters and retailers have the majority voice?....what happened to NETX, ICON none of the retailers agreed to consolidation and yet EGM pass it. EGM just a formality to endorse this exercise..most importantly for them, company will the money again through this consolidation exercise.

DGB was in the momentum up, announcement of consolidation has reversed the up momentum to downtrend, in fact to the bottom. Pitty those who bought at 6,7,8 cents influenced by so many news that dgb TP 12, 15, 20 cents. I still do not understand why DGB management made this decision despite of so many fund already asked from shareholders via multiple instruments like PP, SIS, ESOS

reason why they want to consolidate is because they to have money from whoever that still holding the shares currently until ex-date. This money is from issuance of right-issue, in exchange they give free Warrant-C as sweetener. 10 shares will become 1 share after consolidation and 6 right-issue (need to pay) for every share with 3 free warrant. To cancel, I doubt as they want money from shareholders.

Ask the director who bought 5.5c 1000lot value RM55k last time to clear the 41mil share at the seller q. Moreover this time price is only 3cents. They must know better the consolidatation proposal good for him as he is the directors of DGB who made decicion to consolidate. Will he buy?

there is nothing in history that counter that going to be consolidated the price is going to limit-up...limit-down possible, and once DGB-OR issued until right-issue payment date, price will be 0.005 and even, there is no buyer interested to buy...ha ha ha ...good luck for those who still dreaming that DGB going to fly..

Buying DGB as good as commit suicide, buy 10lots later become 1 lots. Dgb-OR later become 0.005 even that no buyer..see Net-OR, mother only 0.15c, that even Right still not joining the mother. Once right join mother share, the price will plunge below 10c..buying right loss, mother also loss...company only making money, better cry now than cry later..

I m curious whether these companies really having a real business or it just manipulating news on papers so that it looks real. Then make it them legal to suck the money via few instruments such as ESOS, SIS, PP, RIGHT ISSUE...when shares volumes bigger then consolidate. Some of these instruments has been issued multiple times, that really wondering me, it is just like “scammers” which it look legal. Worst part money was never enough for them. Bursa should investigate these companies to protect investors especially small traders and retailers.

this time nobody willing to fry, let the company mgmt fry their own shares and burn themselves. Retailers and punters please stay away else you also will get burn.
