How come simeprop and ioipg will be benefit from HSR? they have lot of land bank along the line?
This news never mention Ekovest and IWcity where they have land bank at Iskandar lol....

Ekovest and WCT are very far behind compare to other construction company.

They have more patience than us as well...
LKH family is controlled 42% of total share issue. Half of its are under pledged.
So the price wouldn't drop too much cause they will getting margin call.
They just need to defend the price, while at the same time no others big player will come in to goreng because LKH's family is holding much unless they do some agreements.

Psychology game....Operator of course has more capital than us. They just need to wash out weak holder at the moment regardless of any cost incurred. They expect you to buy from them again when it above 0.8 :D because that time they will keep spreading good news and so on to attract you enter again.

HSR is convenient for Singaporean come KL/Malaysian to SG spending during weekend.

HSR with connected to Singapore is a huge positive externalities project

No news being released regarding to HSR yet. For my opinion, if don't involve Sg in, this project is not worth at all. Govt should think carefully.
I just hope I can travel to Sg within 2 hours in the future.

The last two rounds were directly shoot up above 0.6 and drop back within few days.
This round they rather to push up slowly, because they need to get more share meaning that this round is real to fly high and stand firm!!!

The drying out of ekovest order book is true...Maybe that's a possible they internally already know they will develop BM in future so not dare to accept many offer from others project.

For the pls acquisition, it could take longer time to grow

Ekovest have Ekoccheras mall located KL south for Cheras community.
Duke 1,2 for the KL north and KL east for Setapak/Gombak/Batu Caves/Setiawangsa/Jelatek/Ampang/Desa Park/Kepong/Sentul/Segambut community.
Potential project in coming period.

Dividend payout date is on 10 Dec. By that day, I will use it to buy more :D

This stock is controlled 40% by Lim family. The last two private placement was make at 0.51 and 0.83, the average pp is just at 0.78. So better hold this counter until 0.7.

My objective never change!!! To become top 30 largest shareholder in Ekovest!!
