- Load and haul activities
- Rehabilitation activities

Minetech is basically the main con for Selinsing mining project. Increase in gold price will encourage Monument to further invest in digging. 230m is only estimate value. Based on Minetech company size, this project alone already enough to eat, any extra will be bonus. As long as Abang manage well, it will be profitable even without another Abang help.

Gold future 2349usd. During Covid, many other non-health related companies showed interest in riding the wave when glove price peak. For example Mahsing developer jump on the bandwagon too. The same thing will happen to gold mining when gold keep climbing. NICE own the biggest gold mining area in Msia. To start and obtain a gold mining license is way harder and time consuming than starting a glove factory. I believe later or sooner, some companies or fund will offer to be part of the mining. License alone will worth alot in near future. Gold jewelry already considered unaffordable for many households. 916 gold is selling at RM 363 per gram today. Even Vietmois flexed their gold jewelry now, designer bags outdated.

The China stock market opened on friday. Shandong Gold Mining( biggest and best gold miner in China) went up 7.91%, enter one of the most active stock on Friday. Zhongjin Gold went up 6.88%. China gold mining companies start to gain attention since last week, several companies already hit all time high. i believe this trend will spread to smaller mining companies.
