@SincereStock not really.. theoretically i think, yes holding warrant u might lose "dividend money", but i would think that if theres a surprise dividend and the payment of such dividend before the expiry of the dividend, then yes, its a greater loss to warrant holder. the structured warrants settlement via cash and is computed based on the 5d vwap up until the last day, minus the exercise price, divide by the ratio.. correct me if I'm wrong

if its a regular expected dividend, the price usually has been factored in, hence slight discount.. c24 is traded at a slight discount, but the exposure u get is like u are holding the mother share, but with cheaper price and greater potential upside in view of this super undervalued gem..

to answer @ykyew11 question, if the port goes for listing, there's few ways that can benefit MMC. The valuation of the port will itself become huge and that is a good PR for MMC. Furthermore, assuming MMC will do fundraising, maybe offer for sale, then there's cash going to MMC, that's a positive news to MMC, maybe MMC can give a special dividend to its shareholders...

its never to late, TP is at least RM1.00 ... super undervalued counter.. even comparables port compnay trading at 20x PE.. without impairment, PATAMI should be 600 mil. that will translate to approx 20sen EPS!!!.. so if 10x PE, intrinsic value can be RM2!!
