doesn’t matter dumb or not dumb, got brain or no brain. Cut Lost!!! At current CPO price. I only knows I don’t need to waste time thinking buying CPO counters is right decision. Better Save our brain to think how to use our dividend.

Don't make your own assumptions. These partners are active businessmen and not active in equities trading but do invest mainly a lot in conservatives and good fundamental which have good dividend especially Reits like YTL Reits, Sunreit, Pavillion Reit and IGB reits. . Bare in mind, those who invest in these Reits from 2012 to 2018 are receiving very good dividend besides Shares price appreciation.

Lurker, I think LHDN will not look for reit holders. I and my company partners are long term investors for Reits since 2009. 3 years ago, 2 of my partners was under full audit investigation for 7 years income. They are asked to print all 7 years relevant documents including all shares transactions and bank statements. After investigations completed, LHDN agreed both of them have fully declared income even though they never declares any dividend received from shares including Reits. This is the same for all countries, once you are tax with withholding tax. You can opt to accept that is final.

Base on 2021 profit up todate of 6.97 cents. The interim dividend 1.75 cents or 3 quarters total dividend 4.35 cents is actually 62% of total profit and this is above my expectations, which the dividend policy for Bplant is 60%. This indicates management is expecting bigger windfall profit in Q4 for much higher final dividend. My estimation Q4 profit base on average CPO price of Rm5150 and Fresh Fruits 86,000 MT monthly is at least 140m for operation and another 320m for Young Estate disposal. Total Q4 profit could be around Rm460m or RM0.205 per share

Totally agree with you VerSmartInvestor. That’s why I claimed i’m small tiny farmer lor. Can’t believe he think 50 is a lot. I think we are wasting time with him. After all, poor people lives in his own world. Let him continue to bark. We continue buying our CPO counters. No need to respond to him.

Of course nothing can compare to big timer farmers like KLK. But With current CPO price. Enough to make many big company top management people envy, why ask more. Innoprise is a company with no debt and net cash 29m. Dividend policy 80%. If CPO price at RM3500, estimate profit for 1 year is RM0.15/share. 80% dividend pay out will be RM0.12 per year. Q3 average CPO price above RM4000 and now RM5000+ Just can wait to see how much is 80% dividend now

Since 8th October, CPO price has surged beyond RM5021 and the trend up still continues. Yes, I'm agreed with Danny123 that next year you can't see RM5000 anymore. Because next year will be much higher than RM5000 due to continues shortage of vegetables oil. Even Chinese Government had realised and starts asking Chinese households to stocks up non Perishable food to ensure enough food next year

Low competitive Industries (only two in Malaysia), High Potential Company (Expecting bigger than Petrochem and largest in SEA when LINE complete in 2025). At RM2.7, how much you actually pay to buy a Profitable, net cash Rm2.185, Assets Rm5.72 and a company with dividend policy 50%? You are almost guarantee to enjoy half of the profit paid in cash every year. How many value for money investment you can have nowadays

In equity market, there is something always true for past 100 years.
Investment = Invest in Potential Business for a reasonable period of time until the value surface.At least 9 out of 10 who invest in long term undervalued & potential company will make good profit.
Speculation = Short Term profit target/gamble vs Bankers. At least 9 out of 10 will eventually lose money within 3-5 years.

Everything has a price. A very good Benz SUV selling RM3m will resulting poor sales in Msia and therefore the after sales service will be terrible. It will end up Benz SUV's quality worst than Proton X70 due to no service. That shows price is matter. I started collecting LCtitan during 3rd quarter last year at around 1.7 and bought more in August during the dip around 2.4/2.5. with the recent 18c dividend for 1H 2021. My return is reasonably very high besides appreciation. I'll add more If the price ever drop back again. After all, LCtitan is a company with net Cash RM5bn and NTA RM5.7

Plus, management indicated thus year rental will positively revise. So, 5 cents or increase of 25% rental income is likely achievable.Furthermore, even if the rental increase is not achieve.
