How come good sales but lose a lot money? It is the highest quarter sales in recent 7 quarters(close to 2 years), good sales should be positive earning. Are Guocoland Malaysia spend money correctly:
1)Staffs' salary, allowances, benefits & director remuneration too good?
2)Marketing cost too high?
3)Agents' commission too high?

I don't know. The Guocoland Malaysia directors' should find out and pay attention to making money for your company and shareholders.

Gold is USD1508 today, consolidate above USD1500.

In year 2004, gold price is around USD400 per ounce, Now is USD1490 per ounce. Uncertainty, low interest and printing money worldwide cause gold price goes up. Almost 80% of the financial planners suggest keeping your asset at least 5% in gold. Now rich people starts to buy gold. Many countries also increase their reserve gradually in gold. At least, in one year time, gold price future is bright.

Poh Kong share only goes up significantly once its financial quaterly report out with much better result. Many Malaysia stocks react slowly to world stock market. In other words, you need to hold a stock for some period, example more than 2 months.
Stock like IWCITY react fast to any condition but never earn good money for so far. Speculate it means high risk and less profit if you are small player.

GOLD price up to USD1470 today. Poh Kong profit is directly proportional to the increase in gold price. USD is also increase against RM. Also, long period of uncertainty in trade war between US and China, Lower interest rate world wide, still got room for gold to spiking.

Recently I bought @ RM1.50 and sold @ RM1.62.
But today buy again bcs this financial result earning/profit keep increasing. The profit is consistently increase over 7 quarters. Revenue also shows increasing. Well manage company. Its major shareholder is Ambank boss. Ambank also score well.

I just bought RM0.56 per share. The share after giving out bonus Dec2018; NTA = RM1.04.
The yearly dividend paid out consistantly RM0.05 since year 2014. If this year still the same, my dividend is 8.9%.
This yearly EPS is estimated RM0.07 to RM0.09. Let yearly EPS to be RM0.08, company pay sustainable dividend of RM0.04. My dividend return will be 7.14%. Let share price go back to normal, at least RM0.80.

I just bought at RM1.50. I believe this counter will be stable around RM1.6 to RM1.7. Moreover, got dividend around 4% per year. As long as Sino:US trade over no negative news. FBMKLCI Market will go up around 1700.

I just received privatised copy of GHL for RM1.00 per share. It is terrible price. Past few years, average profit were more than 25%. Last year 2016 profit was higher than year 2015 by 80%. GHL major share holder offer price should more than RM3.00 per share due to its rapid growth. Moreover, GHL got business with ALIPAY.
I am not a beggar, RM1.00 per share, NO, NO and NO.
Why someone said the privatised case was over?

New directors want increase share market capital 4 times or 400% and got approval already. For those hit and run profit taking investors don't take it as earning opportunity.
