The good news on EDL is reflected in the stock price.. This is a publicly know news. Now, fundamental is most important. Don't hope too much on the upside in short term..

If gov buy over the asset & take over the debt, MRCB will b super good.. By compensation of rm70m per annual, this is not a super deal for MRCB.. Not very good deal.. because, toll collection tend to increase over 30yr time.. Now , MRCB still need to bear the debt in the balance sheet..

Technically is just for reference, most important is WCT's fundamental... Most of the time, technical reflects HiStORY... Technically say... IF break xxx, nxt is xxxx, IF up xxx , nxt is Xxx.. look fundamental ..
