Not easy to find counters with annual profit of above RM100mil and giving out dividend. At 1 sen dividend, there is appx 2% yield at current price of MRCB

The bright side for MRCB is the company got no problems in securing new projects, being a majority owned by EPF

MRCB fairly good result with RM135mil PBT. Gearing also halved from 0.3 to 0.14. Cash/Bank & equivalent has increased to almost RM1.1bil. I think the company is very liquid now and in position to gear up for larger projects now. Look forward for 2024

Celcom Tower sale completed in December will contribute appx RM100mil profit for Q4. Projected operating profit is around RM30mil to RM50mil ….based on LRT3 progress. Profit upto date Q3 is appx RM20mil. So, total profit for year 2023 is around RM150mil to RM170mil (assuming no other revaluation profit and forex exchange adjustment from Gold Coast project)

Q4 result will be out anytime this week. From last week, company with good result will go up around 8% to 12% on next day after announcement. So, time to accumulate.

MRCB should just focus all these projects which is already more than RM6billion for next 5yrs

Just based on the chart, MRCB climb in price is almost similar to UEMS

Expecting MRCB to retest 70sen on Friday. Very heavy buy volume today

Q4 result will be out by end Feb. Expecting RM30mil PAT for Q4 & extraordinary gains from completed sale of Celcom Tower appx RM95mil. Profit to date as of Q3 is RM21mil. So, total PAT for 2023 is appx RM146mil or 3.3sen per share.
Dividend might be increased from 1sen to 2sen.

Expecting MRCB to test 70 sen again by the end of this week. Then to test 80sen level by next week.

MRCB share price pattern in last few weeks is the same as UEMS. It will go up 12 sen a week, then drop 3 sen and then rise again 10 sen the next week. Patience is the game.

Cheap to accumulate today because those who bought on Friday need to settle payment today by lunch time. Discount time!

I sold my stocks in YTL at RM2.38 and now queuing to buy MRCB at 65.5sen

Same trend and chart pattern with UEMS. RM1 is just a matter of time.

Based on the volume and chart, there is a high chance it will test & break 70 sen soon.

Avoid warrants. Go for the main mother share.

Long term outlook is good. Anything below 70sen is still a good price to buy. IB already upgrade target price 74sen above.

If HSR connects to KL Sentral, then big change of valuation for MRCB. MRCB already secure redevelopment rights of KL Sentral at RM1billion.

MRCB, KTMB and IJM have big advantage. All these companies connected to Government. They need green light to proceed to tender. Meaning Govt already indirectly approve their consortium. Berjaya Rail is also 30% related to future Agong/ Sultan Johor.

Cynthia, if you see UEMS trading & rising pattern, it is repeating now in MRCB. Anyway, this is a safe growth company to buy & hold. Just wait and see. I won’t be surprise if it goes above RM1 in next few weeks. I will probably try sell my shares in UEMS and buy MRCB tomorrow.

Most people who bought the share at below 45sen in past 3yrs had probably sold off when counter hit 60sen. That’s why volume is very high in last 5 trading days. Whoever collected it will no longer sell it cheap since their entry cost is likely near 60sen & above.

My guess is MRCB will try to make KL Sentral as the main KL stop for HSR. Govt already approve MRCB to redevelop & expand KL Sentral recently for RM1billion. All this is making sense now.
