加护手套向大马交易所报备指出，该公司决定收购Shin Heung Precision Co Ltd这家空売公司，主要是该公司於森美兰州芙蓉Oakland工业园拥有一段2.03英亩工业地。

该公司指出，通过收购，加护手套可以马上进行扩产计划，以提高胶手套生产量。
