What really annoy me is the disposal of millions of warrant by DS Thong at 0.30-0.40 in Nov. He gives the impression that the warrant has no chance to exercise as he did not expect the share price of Insas will be more than RM1.4 in the next 2 years. Does he really need the money? What kind of message he is sending? @&^%%@%(%#&.

isn’t it better for DS Thong to take the company private? he can have a peaceful AGM while doubling/tripling his wealth . LOL. Would you accept RM2 offer price ?

Reading the valuation report from KAF, a few interesting points:
- the offer price of 123.7m was based on Net Asset(NA) as of 31-Jan-2017
- BCM's appraisal value is 85.7-87.4m or 41% to 44% lower than the offer price based on DCF came up by KAF by assuming 0.5% to 1% growth rate going forward.
- The valuation is "fair" because "difficult to seek alternative bids" (not sure why they cannot list the company), so take 25% discount for liquidity charge (including cash ! I didn't know cash is not liquid)
KAF is indirectly saying is that the NA is overstated! The insiders must be idiots to take over a company with 0.5% to 1.0%p.a. growth potential going forward for more than 40% premium. Comcorp is so lucky now to find a buyer.
By the way, the NA and profit as of 30-Oct-2017 was 134.7m and 11m respectively. Comcorp is likely to lose 5m-8m a year after selling their golden goose. Has anyone seen BCM's balance sheet apart from the one page provided by KAF? There could be some golden eggs hiding there.

what are they going to do with their RM300m cash? if not used for dividend, then redeem the RPS... pay them 4% and pay us 1%...

The management is good at finding undervalued companies, but they don't know how to unlock its own value.. LOL. They need someone to kick their backside hard enough so that they can react....

Any chance for Insas to distribute Inari shares as special dividend ? If they distribute say 5% of Inari shares they hold, 5% x400m x RM3.42 = RM68m, this is about 10 cents per share. I believe Inari can easily digest the 20 million shares distributed with average daily volume of 7.8m shares traded.

was reading the announcement on disposal of BCM and quarterly report.. why does the management paint such a bleak outlook for BCM? Funny that the ones who will buy the business are related parties, the CEO and the executive director of BCM. The credibility of the management is questionable.

CPECG fund the project in full and share 30% future profits with JAKS? I am just curious why does CPECG need to work with a small fish like JAKS? Can't they handle the project themselves?

wah, you expect the RM3.7b book will be realised within a year? The revenue in the trailing 12-month was around RM1.3b.

They had about RM10m and RM 6m written off same period last year and last quarter respectively. it is about 12m this quarter. I could be wrong but I am not too annoyed unless the write off have not been provided for earlier. Should not have earnings impact.

That could explain why the dividend was reduced. They may need more capital. With higher provisions, hopefully this translates into more stable earnings going forward.

Just like in politic, when soemone in power for too long or get too powerful, sometimes they forget that they are there to serve the people. They need to be reminded. LOL..We have to thank sslee brought the issues up in the last AGM, it is a reminder to the board that we are paying them to do the job as shareholders.
