"Condition precedents has been fulfilled or waived". It is announced by RHB Investment Bank, a third party, not BODs themselves, so I don't think minority shareholders like me should worry about.

I have no hard feeling against you. It is ok. I bought ABMB at the wrong timing at RM2.50 right before the worst covid-19 time and after that it dived to RM1.50 but I continue to hold it until today. Hope the same will happen to TSH, to rise above RM2 by next year.
