Normally ESOS is approved and offer to the employee, directors at lower rate which is 3 years ago. It will tied up with a period where they can convert it. But normally company will not change the price after offering it. That's what I seen in Bank, Insurance companies doing with their senior management too.
Of course, as part of the shareholder I will not be happy on diluting the shares.

My average price was 0.435, and have been staying calm so far.
The worst case scenario without vaccine might drop to 0.2 which is 50% from the price.
But if vaccine part comes true, it will go beyond 1.5, which is 300% return.

Part of the ESOS, Joyvest gang keep mentioning is about company offering to directors, employees to gain their loyalty, and they are given a period to opt in. The only time the directors will pay and opt in is the time they are super confident in the company growth. It works the same for me in my company. Apart from it, they claiming the directors are selling the ESOS shares, this is not true as there is no announcement on it.

Electricity revenue drop by 6 to 7% due to MCO, commercial building not operating.
But overally revenue still up by 100% due to the recent purchase of Alam Flora, revenue start pumping in.
Next Q result will be much better =)
With clear growth aspect & current dividend yield of 6 to 7%.
Price will eventually factor in all these, to 1.4.

If you invest stock, you want it to have bright future, like earning improve, from loss to profit making.
And buy it while it's low.
I bought airasia at 1.2 and sold at 3.2, bought pmetal during factory on fire on 0.95 and sold at 3 earlier. M3 i bought at 0.075 and sold at 0.14. You just have to buy at low and believe they can grow.
