Industry observers say that it has to match RM336mil at the very least if Khazanah insists on divesting Silterra to DNeX.

Even so, some are saying that Silterra may have been severely undervalued. Perhaps, the closest comparison would be the sale of GlobalFoundries’ Fab 3E in Singapore to Taiwan’s Vanguard International Semiconductor (VIS) Corp in 2019 for US$236mil.

Like Silterra, Fab 3E produces 200mm wafers, popularly known as the eight inch. It has a production capacity of 35,000 wafers per month as compared to Silterra’s 46,000 per month and yet the valuations are a stark difference.

At RM336mil, Silterra is only valued at a third of a foundry with lower capacity and capabilities.

last year he called people run from supermax at RM3 , Supermax went on to hit RM24.44

this guy is lousy investor always get burnt and promote some lousy stock that he is stuck in

i remember last time when Supermax was at RM3 this same guy @rr88 saying it will drop , operator exiting ask everyone to run and then later on Supermax goes on and rocket to RM24.44

rr88 has black heart and always boat misser, counters that he promote like bioholding always make him lose money or stuck. He pretend to be master but in reality he is just a broke black heart lousy investor. Everytime he ask to run price will fly

just operator cannot push until this powerful. the holding power from retail, strong buying pressure from retail is evidence very strong positive sentiment in Dnex. Many not willing to sell except the contra buyers. As more retail jumps in more funds and operator comes in. All the stars are aligned share price will only go up north. I have observed the fluctuation of the price from the past week , everytime strong selling pressure from contra in the morning session you can see very strong support and later as weak hands change to stronger hands price will rocket on evening session. Already repeat for so many trading days. Outlook so bullish remind me of Supermax in 2020

I cant say for certain it depends on glove sentiment but i do feel that its already reaching its bottom or very close so no harm to collect and wait out for reversal

looking at Sri Trang share price, safe to say they can afford to pay lots of money for Esceram for their expansion plan

Lets to be frank, Glove ASP will drop in the next 2-3 years but it wont drop back to pre-covid level. Glove ASP drop may affect glove companies profit however with all existing glove companies and new glove companies are rapidly expanding as the profit is too lucrative, with higher volume of glove even with half of peak ASP its still many times more than pre-covid ASP

so in other word Esceram will have really good business ahead as more and more companies will be interested to open their own glove lines on top of the existing big players expanding

We are speculating the future earning of the company

share price is forward looking , QR is not looking good now but once the factory goes to full capacity we can the company turn around its profitability. Thats how share market works

When Retailers,Local Institution, Foreign Fund, and Syndicate works together to buy price can easily rocket to the moon. If everyone believe and stop selling at small profit we can easily reach mothershare RM2 and son RM1.20

Market cap will be 3billion soon, price should be around RM1.50 at least
