Just normal thing. If you buy some PA today at 15 cts say. You fill up a simple form, buy a cashier order of 7.5 cts (So your cost will be 23.5 cts) for each PA shares and and write a small cheque to pay a service fee. In about 8 to 10 working days, your PA will become the mother shares. They will announce that your ICPS shares will be converted to the mother shares when and when before these new shares get listed... get it ?

In the end like I say earlier, total Connect shares are still Connect shares + PA(=7.5 cts) + WA n WB (+10 cts)= Total Connect County shares. There have never been any new issuance shares. Just investors converting them from the "Anak"

The new issue is from people who buy the PA or warrant A or B and pay money to convert them to the mother share. As long as the PA or warrant have a premium people will buy them and convert them to the mother share. So nothing new.

For the 2 week I am sure you have notice the volume on this counter. It is more than the total shares available many times over in the market and most transaction have traded between 28 to 38 cents, Meaning most of the buyers or investors are holding it with cost averaging of around 32 cts. So I am wondering if 20 cts is possible. If it is possible then it must be a sell down and I would never pick up any CC stock even at 20 cts.

To buy or not is your own choice. It is your money n your own portfolio. No one pointing a gun at your head to force you to buy. We hear many news daily. Some good n some bad ones. If you do not feel the news have any credit worthiness then just ignore it. Buying eqiities n hear news are purely base on your own risk. Easy to talk talk base on history so no point to belittle anyone. Everyone is entitle to their own views.

Whether the RTO really happen or not it is everyone guess. Stock market is like this, you buy on rumour and sell on facts.Even if they announce a confirm RTO, so what ???... the share prices may fall really. If everyone waits till the confirm RTO, then you better wait and wait, the stock market is not the place for you. Rules of the game is, do not be greedy, play with the rumour and sell on facts.

After so many news out lately. I think this counter will stay there for a while. The players will like to stay out of focus for a while but I guess they will try to keep the prices there. There should be another push later on for sure.

Frankly I m most happy if everyone makes money. Not the other way around. Why would I be joyful n celebrating to see my friends either those I know or I do not know lose money ?. I think many of you do not understand this new issue. Total Connect stocks are Connect + PA + WA + WB. You need to pay some money to convert them to the mother stock. 7.5 cts for PA and 10 cents each for WA and WB. Plus the current PA and Warrant price, average cost is between 24 to 28 cts at least. As more gets converted, the cost price will be getting higher

Low volume today... interesting. Also more interesting is no heavy selling despite despite last few days of high volume.. Show either all pick up or player already in control of this counter.

Buy on rumour. Sell on news. But with this announcement you will see serious investor buying. Contra or short term players are out. Cannot be shareholders selling. How can they sell when the RTO is in progress ?

If last 2 days the Value is hovering around the 35 cts level with volume of more than the total number of shares, how can it possible drop to 20 cts anymore ?, let alone 30 cts unless the contra players really cut loss. But I doubt it

greedy4444... just a word about syndicates. If they unload they would have unload with the last 2 days of so high volume n price already. Next 2 days may be down due to the Contra players so no reason to sell with the crowd. So I guess many contra players would have already clear up already since the market is up on high volume in last 2 days so easier for trader to cash out, From the volume and price, my guess is, the play is not yet finish. I am quite certain on this.

Tony Wong. For all those interested in the warrant please take note. At the moment the PA is the cheapest. Both the WA and WB Warrant need 10 cts to convert to the mother shares. The PA needs 7.5 cents to convert to the mother shares. The Warrant price is now current higher than the PA Price. I am not sure why. So if you keen and offer more value for money, buy the PA.

@investorbasi. Thank you. Clear I think base on the present price action and volume the story must have some truth to it. If no wood, there is no fire. MYEG will not buy a stake in S5 for nothing an S5 is not big enough for even bat an eye on it. . For S5 if there will to get the 1.5bil project they are currently too small and not capitalized enough to take up the task. With single project of this 1.5 bil, getting a listing is also not easy as it is A project. It does makes sense to get a listed vehicle to better for fund raising and have a higher capitalization of at least 20% of the project etc etc. If Connect now is 60 Mil then it need to be around 300 to 400 Mil Capitalized.

Question is what is the strike price. I would think base on last few months action, if there is a strike price being made, it would be around 10-12 cts. If so after the back door listing, Connect must be valued at above 50 cts after the take over to make for S5 the deal to be worthwhile. MyEG is currently too full to get stomach another project this size without any question being asked.

But the real test will come with yesterday T+2 when it is due. We will know how many are genuine investor and how many are just speculative traders and if the story have any merit.

Whether the rumor is true or not it does not really matter and I think not many knows. Just hear sat only.. Now our market are entering a bull phase. Small counters are running 1 by 1 and day by day. Many small OnG counter are running now. Even K1 can run. CC is an active counter and have a story. From the market action, there is a backer behind this counter for sure. Then you better wait. This type of stocks are not your type of play. I have play Inari much earlier and then in 2017 this Connect through this type of warrant mother conversion play. All my holding of Connect are free plus a fat bank account. This is not a blue chip stock so do not expect a blue chip type of play. Play as a speculative stock play so have to observe the play carefully. Look up some past data and understand how they previously move this stock.

last time it went up to above 30 over cents, think this time should be higher if they wants to make some profit.

This counter cannot play contra. The players in this counter have a history of a 2 to 3 month play just like in 2017. Looks like the are clearing the weak holders out first. As long as the price do not fall back to below 10 cts, my guess is the play is still on. Wait and see.
