I would say doesn't matter. I'm a father of two children. I always tell my kids " you are a Chinese not a Malay " What's that means ?

Entry position no need so tedious. The process is all online, there's a test that is very difficult, very few people pass this stage. After that it will be a phone interview with Hr Manager. The kind of questions they ask are also not simple, they really want to know your motivation behind you and what you could bring to the company. The last stage was a video interview. And if you make it pass that stage, you will get the offer. Every stage is challenging, but if you can make it, it will be worth it. Make sure don't screw up the test. I have friends who did that, end up no chance.
