We should try do avoid fear or greed clouding our investing decisions. Look and analyze the biz of Jaks especially pay more attention to the IPP biz in Vietnam. From the public info, we know the deal with the GOV ( Gov. of Viet.) for the project is extremely good. The return is high and virtually guaranteed by GOV and the only risk remains is non performance and non compliance by the owner of the IPP with respect to the construction and operation of the IPP Plant. However I belief the risk of non performance is extremely low considering the current stage of completion and the extensive experience of China Jaks parter. My personal view any way.

Tadmax value will reach its full potential when the Plant ready for Commercial Operation by January 1, 2024.

Market in general likely to be bullish on Monday, Tadmax will definitely do very well to say the least. Well done to those been following closely Tadmax. Innitially and still currently Tadmax owns 100% of the Project and will sell down its ownership to 40%. Tadmax already make profit from selling its 60% stake at a premium when the project has not really started yet!

The pandemic has just been declared and we don't really know the indirect or higher oder effects or ramifications that may not happen immediately now . The most important thing now is not to speculate or argue what should be the right price or value of the stock but to make sure you will survive first so that you can always be in the game later. Don't waste our time to argue who is right or wrong. In time like this just do what ever it take to survive whatever the future scenario will be. Survival first!

Eden on its own merit has excellent fundamental. It's main business of owning two IPPs will give a higher revenues as they were just been rehabilitated. The land near Kuantan Port will be monitised soon for ECRL Project. The management and controlling shareholders connection with both the PM and FM not withstanding.

For those who intend to accumulate Tadmax, now is wonderful time. Prices plunge due to irrational panic and perhaps forced selling. Just look at its current biz. This alone worth more than current price. If you include the value of IPP, the value would be way above.
