Can any one tell me, how much RM per share or how many DNeX's share is being issued as payment for the balance of USD30+ million?

PP is not required for the acquisition of Ping and Silterra. Why are you still talking about setting the PP price? Only when it is needed, the PP will be issued in trenches. Please advise me if there is new information about the PP. Thanks

The appointment of Dr Chen of Foxconn as Non Executive Director at the moment could provide check & balance for DNeX as CGP will likely take control of the operation and the implementation at Silterra. The appointment of Dato' Robert Fisher as independent Director also provides experience in managing Ping.

I bought DNeX long ago and I hold DNeX because of It's potential in Ping, NSW, submarine cable business in Indonesia, Silterra and many other prospects. I checked the information against official announcements. I analysed the 5.3% Foxconn acquired in DNeX for their game plan and so on.

All information is out and there is no more surprise. PP is no longer needed to acquire both Ping and Silterra. PP will be needed for expansion in all sectors of DNeX's businesses. So no need to fix price for PP at this moment. So share price is all up to those who are in control.

No matter how good, the prospect of DNeX's core businesses towards the turnover 1billion club annually, share price will continue to fluctuate. Day traders will continue to curse if they enter at the wrong time. We should stick to our own judgment if we are comfortable with all the prospects that DNeX is offering.

The acquisition of additional shares in Ping could contribute very positively after this quarter. I am not sure how much Silterra could contribute in July-September quarter.

Without 30% PP comes into play for quite some time, the only other factor is the 528 million warrants. The mother may move beyond RM0.9 very soon to make the son attractive enough to convert for a price difference of up to RM0.1 This is just my prediction based on possibility & probability.

The direction of BOD of DNeX is clear from the presentation this morning. On top of it, Foxconn is coming into the picture. The role of Foxconn in Silterra shall be worked out. It is normal for some to dispose off if there is no big announcement.

The more the warrants is converted, the least the PP is needed for the expansion of business.

So far only 167 million warrants out of 695 million has been converted. Balance 528 million warrants.

I think once there is no more selling below RM0.9, the option will shift to the son. the financial institutions will not mind to hold the son till the last minutes to convert. Financially you can wait for one month+ to pay for the RM0.5

There is always line up selling pressure to pressure whoever want to sell. It demonstrates more demand than supply.

The next news should be coming from the acquisition of Ping as the EGM will be on 18/6. A very busy 2 weeks for DNeX & it's followers

Both Foxconn Singapore (buyer) and the three Sellers, Annedjma Capital, Azman Karim and Arcadia Acres have to inform Bursa for the changes of shareholding of DNeX because they are substantial shareholders. The total off transaction should be 120 million for RM108 million.

On the 18/6, the EGM is about the the acquisition 60% of Ping.

It is quite obvious that the share price has pulled back for further news on PP before the EGM on 23/6.

Sources familiar with the matter said Hon Hai’s ultimate target is to have a direct stake in SilTerra. It is not that keen on DNeX’s other core businesses.
