1)Time taken within 2 days.
~ Please check with their note again, permit print in 2 day after check Insurance & FOMEMA la . My Fren still wait for their permit after 1 month .... ~

2) No parking fee, fuel, traffic, waiting time at counter
~ PUTRAJAYA KDN/IMIGRATION parkng fee how much ? ~

3) No middle man cost .
~ You also no need middleman if use own staff to do .
~ MYEG got 1 problem also , their will not help you if got any problem with worker. For eg : Insurance claim , even MYEG agent also don know how to reply . ( MYEG agent still untrain & maybe only can support KL area only)

4) Better monitoring of foreign workers by government.
~ Is this mean Imigration Database is shit ?
~ You think permit can simple print out without properly document/FOMEMA/IG ?

Option 2 : Manual renewal at counter

1) Time taken 1 to 2 months.
~ Alor star only take around 3working day , if less than 5 passport, can take in 1hour also . For seberang Jaya , take around 5 day - 1month . PUTRAJAYA also not badla , everyday can print few hundred then all give you stick on passport.

MYEG worker not even know how to renew permit .
MYEG also don have enough worker to support this activity .

While Nominee CDS account , your banker will help you to bank in CDS account , maybe will take 1-3 trading day .

1 yrs ago , price around 40-45cents
after company earn big money in 2012 , about EPS 20cents , share price increase to RM 1.20 .
IF company still can maintain 20cents EPS , maybe can reach RM 1.80 .
But if use latest Q report , annualize will be EPS 12 .
Let say i predict 2014 will get 15cents EPS , and management generous enough to give 5 cents dividend . i think share price should be around RM 1.20- RM 1.50 ..
*just my 2 cents . :P

cash per share 20cents , and it land value is much more than current price . haha
