FY2017 has been quite a good year for petronm but management have conservatively declared only 25cents div that time, so my guess div for FY2018 minimum div would be 25cents, should there be any increase of div i guess it would also be very minimal perhaps a 0.01 or 0.02cents increased only... anyway we can know the answer already in next month report...

since when HY is a upstream business? it really puzzled me if some ppl here know what are they buying or not...

@dragon, yes you have a valid point there regards to the refinery shutdown... the point is many ppl here buying in something that they don't really understand, they say some ppl calculated wrong and so on, but how well do they actually know then? so they just "bet"... for me it is ok if one wanna bet... but u need to bet it smart and careful...

@dragon, assuming I referring to the correct data of crack spread, april figure is low but not the worst... the worst time was ard 3rd quarter of 2016... but definitely this low crack spread will impact hengyuan... regards to how bad it impacted the result I dunno the figure... some ppl wanna bet on this but personally I think this is a high risk bet...

crude oil price high means your cost higher... and at the same time if crack spread getting lower... the profit margin will be decreased a lot...

this stock is a very good platform for you to train and brush up your trading skill... capitalize it well... but I really feel sorry for those genuine investors somehow...

another advice... for traders, pls trade extra cautiously... aside from kyy and gangs effect, the overall market sentiment is really no good, mainly refer to trade war and GE result (though likely "they" will win it again but u nvr know)... probably now the main sensitive issue is trade war, bcoz u have no idea mayb out of sudden trump says or decide something unexpected again.. the stock market easily collapse again... who knows later kyy and gang will say ahh they foresee real trade war will trigger hence sell off again... lol...

ppl view things in a wrong way la... when they see petm price higher than HY they jealous, bash and hope petm to go down...
but the matter of fact is both stock somehow "link" together... it is a very wrong mindset to have...

if u see petm go down u should be worry, bcoz it is just the matter of time HY price will follow to go down also
vice versa to petm as well...

there are times when petm need HY to carry, and there are also times when HY need petm to carry as well...
