Full Impact on construction sector revenues will be felt in Q4 => From Q3 Report Prospect.
IFO Division unable to obtain any significant project since start of financial year. => From Q3 Report prospect.
Seems there wasn't any new construction project tenders added to backlog also. Only mention 294M worth of project still on-going for 30 Month span which isn't a lot. Construction contribute the most to their revenues.
Their 2019 Annual Revenue for construction was 150M. So 294M for 30 months is even lesser than 2019's...
Gonna wait somemore....

Let's put aside the covid uncertainty in the business environment for the coming 2 years. Pecca has RM91 Million in Cash and NO Debt. That's around 48 cents of Net CASH a share.
That is a strong balance sheet =)

Sharks all sold at 0.5 because they know weak holders will get spooked off.
The company doesn't need 700M, 500M is more than sufficient. Minus out their total debt currently of 58M in the books. That's 442M cash left.
442M / 532M Shares after private placement is still 83 cents a share. That's sick

depend on how optimistic you are about the lawsuit lmao

Assuming this company is a lost cause and the business will go to zero in the future, and they get 500M 2 years later instead of the 700M, giving a 4% inflation rate, that 500M is 462M today.
484M shares + 10% new private placement = 534M
462M / 534M = 86 cts a share purely from the law suit itself, if the business survives, this company will be worth even more than 86 cts lmao

This counter has become a milking factor for sharks.... Its overvalued no matter how you see it, top line 37% increase, the increase was purely due to glove price hike.
Productions can't keep up, other factories in china will grab the market share of gloves, by the time production ramps up, glove prices are going to normalize. The margins normalize when other factories start operation.
Do your due diligence, my only advice to the normal folks out there....

Can anyone tell me what the 2 dormant subsidiaries BP Packaging and BP Plantation are?
I couldn't find any information regarding the other 2 subsidiaries. Are they in operation, are they profit/(loss) making?

But that's just my two cents. Diff people have different levels of optimism about the industry =).
Would be glad to hear know how other investors feel think about this company and the industry.

You gotta be expecting some exceptional revenue growth for Gdex for the next 4-5 years to justify this price now. Given Gdex current operating margins at 7.2 - 7.3%. Global Transportation
industry's average margins are around 7% too.
At 0.37 myr, they gotta be growing their Revenues by 25-30% year over year for the next 4 -5 years before tapering off at a lower growth rate all the way to stable growth using FCFF valuation. Unless, GDex's Margins improve. But I doubt they can squeeze any more margins out of this, given minimum wage laws etc.

Despite the weak sentiment last week, it still maintained at 40 cents level. Weak holders get shaken out d. Should be going up next few days.
