From the sound of it, the company is likely to appoint XOX to facilitate the implementation. So I would expect XOX to get a portion of the RM10b (not sure how big a %), which ought to turn XOX profitable for the years to come la, unless you tell me XOX gets like a pre-cum sort of contract size like RM1m. Having said that, if the company denies the rumour, then good game la....
