Another thing to highlight here based on annual report GSL who is Executive vice chairman is also a member of ESOS and Remuneration committee. Based on my knowledge, members of ESOS and Remuneration Committee should be independent of executive role. Ideally, the committee should consist of non-executive members to determine compensation of executive/management. Clearly this is a conflict of interest because this allows her to determine the bonus, compensation and ESOS for her own enrichment and cronies, not in the greater interest of shareholders in mind. So guys please do your part to vote. We need new management

What i know is you just want people to cut loss and personal attack only. Why not you spend your time on counters you hold and promote others to buy instead of being here.. if those counters price up, you get to gain.
