Hopefully, the ascending trend will break the price structure and reach the target price of RM5.20 as suggested by Philip capital. Quarter report of September 2024 will be released between 14th October and 3rd of November 2024.

Today Frontkn plotted Bullish Abandoned Baby of three candle sticks pattern which signify that trend will be continuously ascended in coming weeks. TP RM6.00 will not be achievable cause PE ratio will be as high as 74.25 with the recent profit of RM35.323 million and September Quarter supposedly be RM48 million that allowable PE ratio is 50. If market allows Frontkn to move PE ratio to 65 and then the target price will be RM5.25.

Business wise, malaysia & singapore ops are improving QoQ, taiwan ops have been steady growing though at a small % pace QoQ, currency exchange of USD to Ringgit also has regained from 4.11 in Sept to now 4.38. With their customers signalling better revenue (Tsmc guided +12.7% next quarter) in the coming quarters, demand is only getting better..
