I have no bad intentions and truthfully ikan bills here will not bring any impact on the share price. But this RI is a no brainer. Tawin is a net cash company despite consecutive losses. A simple private placement would be sufficient to raise funds for the new machineries. RI is merely another Sheraton move for the insiders to increase their stake significantly at lower costs.

Hence my conclusion is, subscribe. If you can. There is no way you will lose with rights at 0.135

@value the announcement yesterday did not come as a surprise for you because you were closely monitoring tawin and followed all their interviews, but talk is still talk if there is no official announcement (could be empty promises). This signifies that management is indeed determined to venture into the auto/EV segment. And the RI is in fact to raise fund for their machinery to supply APTIV, no hanky panky.
This move has caught the attention of a lot fund managers, and yes I expect a buy up on Monday.

Fluffy. I haven’t receive any ‘wind’ on the RI yet. But judging by the preference shares conversion by Ngu & gang, they’re going big in mopping up more stakes in the company. RI will only serve to benefit them greatly.

The way I see it. Market sentiment had been quite bad for awhile now. These 2 weeks we are only seeing 2-3 green days. All this while TAWIN has been a speculative counter, but unlike stocks like MAG, Macpie etc, uptrend is still intact despite poor market performance, we can safely assume that smart monies are inside supporting the price. Now that all cards are out, tmrw will be the crucial day. Could it be like IRIS (sell on news)? Or actually something bigger? I will sell half of my holdings if it drops back to below 0.40, however if buying interest is still there I will hold longer and top up more warrants. Keep in mind there’s still right issue in the near future. Do not over commit yourselves if you are tight on cash.
