Microlink closing price is 2.49 and omesti is a major shareholder of microlink.will this reduce its PB risk of default?

Insas holds 11.3 percent of omesti,this will reduce the risk of default.

Omesti PB gives around 9 percent at the current price.

I always believe undervalue stock will be harvested one day,either by taking it private or by a hostile take over.

Shareholders should attend the coming general meeting and request for a special dividen since insas has earned more than 30 c per share in 3 quarters.this will provide a tremendous upward thrust for insas.

Haven't seen insas crosses RM 1 for a long long time!

The moment insas decides on the dividend policy of 25 pc from the profit earned each quarter the share price will shoot through the sky！Is the boss willing to share the company profits with all the shareholders？

Anybody knows the listing date of the free warrants?

thank you insas.i have sold my free warrants and made some profit.i used the profit to buy the rps at 89c,and averagely i can have more than 6% return for 5 years,better than bank rate.

Not many counters in klse that make about 20c in two consecutive quarters and remain as a penny counter.Insas is definitely one of them.can this scenario remain for a long time?

I think the adjustment in the mother shares will be more than compensated by the premium fetched in the free warrants,I will hold until the whole corporate exercise is over.

insas has touched rm1.00 twice recently but retreated quickly after that.today it has touched rm1.00 again,hope it can maintain its upward momentum this time in view of its imminent free warrant ex-date and also the fantastic performance of inari.
