yes, they can.....

but isn't it easier to make money on home ground?

here got home ground advantage....and I can predict Malaysian market better than I can predict Wall Street , Hang Seng or any foreign market...............




Also the PE for blue chips on the DJ are sky high...info is more available for bursa plus its inefficient
