Through her god brother if I could remember. She started with a 10k capital from working part-time in fast food chain and trade her way up by thousands and even enriched her god brother to pay off his property loan. You gotta learn from her. I am 101% sure she has her university fees ready by now.

However, counsel for the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th Defendants demanded for costs of RM6,000.00 on the basis that they have incurred unnecessary expenses during the process of obtaining the Official Receiver’s sanction to represent the 2nd Defendant (Ebony Ritz), the filing of the Stay Applications, the Affidavits filed thereof and the preparation of the Written Submissions in support of their Stay Applications.

The Company’s Solicitors responded that the reason for the Company to withdraw was due to the Anti Suit Injunction ("ASI") granted by the Singapore High Court. The Company’s Solicitors argued that the 2 suits are in nature different and that there is merits to the Company’s claim which due to the ASI the company was deprived of ventilating the full merits of our case and that the Company has also incurred expenses in respect of the Stay Applications.

The Judge took note of the arguments submitted by both parties and decided that the Company’s claim is struck out with liberty to file afresh and with no order as to costs.

The Company’s Solicitors will be attending to the necessary including filing the Notice of Discontinuance for this matter.

This announcement is dated 12 January 2018.

I dont go for 1sen or 2sen profit. I only want a jackpot within 6 months. If after 6 months not much movement I will look for another stock.

Last Quarter 30.06.2017 Sumatec net profit 12m.
