The company with NTA 0.1277 and the accumulated loss only 2.686 mil, how can be a GN3 list? Any other risk?

Agree. For me, the share price appreciation also will depend on whether the company can secure any Covid-19 vaccine business or not.

If its only depend on the current new businesses (test kit, tracvirus/safetravelpass,gloves, PPEs (gowns) and the Gua Musang subcontact), I think the price appreciation won't be to high.

As for 2021, the hype for Covid-19 vaccines counters will still kicking. If Nexgram can secure any Covid-19 vaccine business, whether it is for bottling or securing The VaccineLab-Rafarma JV, the price of the Nexgram's shares will be BOOM at an unexpected level He He

The Jan 2021 - April 2021 period will be the interesting period to be monitored concerning the prospect of Nexgram in securing Covid-19 vaccine business.

With the emergence of Rafarma Pharmaceuticals and its Russian subsidiary PJSC Kraspharma as a JV partner with VaccineLabs, Nexgram has a great chance to cater for the Russian Gamaleya Sputnik V vaccine business (in Malaysia or Indonesia).

Key Alliance Bhd to acquire SOCSO Antigen Kit Supplier Tree Med Sdn Bhd
Petaling Jaya, 21 December 2020 - Key Alliance Group Bhd today announced its
intentions to acquire Tree Med Sdn Bhd, a leading local medical devices supplier, in
a deal that will see the Group purchase 30% of Tree Med Sdn Bhd for RM14million.
Tree Med Sdn Bhd, has all the relevant licenses including MDA licenses, National
Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (APRA), Ministry of Health and is registered with
MIDA and MITI, and is currently supplying PCR test machines, consumables and
reagents to the Ministry of Health. In addition, Tree Med also currently supplies the
Ministry of Health both antigen and PCR test kits, as well as to bodies like PERKESO,
Makmal Kesihatan Awam and 500 other clinics, private hospitals and private
laboratories throughout Malaysia.
Tree Med also provides products and services concerning blood plasma, dengue test
kits and HIV tests to the same clients across Malaysia.
Key Alliance, in this deal, will automatically be able to supply its CareGene RT PCR
kit via Tree Med's networks to be made available to the Ministry of Health and other
government agencies, as well as other private sector clinics and medical laboratories.
The Group will also be well positioned to explore the supply and distribution of Covid-
19 Vaccines, as Tree Med has an existing pharmaceutical license which allows it to
import and distribute the vaccines. It is already in discussions with various
manufacturers and is in the position to be the local distributor to clinics, private and
public hospitals and government agencies.
The Group is also in discussions with Tree Med to look at local manufacturing of
certain products and services in the medical industry to lower the cost of Covid-19
testing, as well as haematology products and other related consumables in the in-vitro
diagnostic space.

the medical supplier market for in-vitro diagnostics, as well as open doors to participate

Vaccinelab, the Nexgram subsidiary is given the special part for to provide government joint venture, partnership, regulation, licenses, and incentives for the project.

Vaccine Lab is included in the deal because via Nexgram Biomedic Sdn Bhd's subsidiary PT NDS Gobal Utama, Nexgram has been explored some Covid-19 businesses in Indonesia. With a number of contracts and as a distributor. Nexgram also has some contacts in Indonesia for sure. Therefore their joint venture firms are keen on Nexgram.
