For me, after this PP and ESOS nightmares settle, the situation hope to be more positive.

2. The third tranche of ESOS allotted on 16 Oct @3.68 sen amounted 400 mil should be the last tranche of ESOS under the new ESOS exercises. As today the balance of the last ESOS that not listed yet is 140 mil shares. After the last 140 shares listed, therefore this ESOS exercise will be completed. I think it will be sooner.

Note 2:
The maximum scenario of new ESOS can be allotted based on an announcement on 22 May 2020 is 1,118,062,38 units of shares.

Total ESOS granted is 1,200,000,000 units of shares (Tranche # 1 on 2 July 2020: 400 mil @3.5 + Tranche # 2 on 7 August 2020: 400 mil @4.34 sen + Tranche # 3 on 16 Oct 2020: 400 mil @3.68 sen)

Based on assumption 1 and 2, the PP and ESOS exercises will be completed before the end of December 2020. After that, no more ESOS and PP if there is no more new ESOS or PP proposed and approved. No more nightmares from these ESOS or PP.

4. In the conditions that the company's performance in terms of profitabilty is improved and have good development whether concerning having good projects or good development (for example gold minimg activities) the company share price can be more easily to be push upwards.

I'm not sure the balance if any from the up to 15% of the total number of issued share because there are a number of tranches before the last tranche at 3.68 sen.

The shares under PP @5.36 sen has been listed on 11 Sept 2020 (45 mil) and the earlier trance also has been listed. I'm not sure the balance if any from the up to 10% of the total number of issued share because there are a number of tranches before the last tranche at 5.36 sen.

The ESOS nightmare is hunting the market. We can't do anything about it. After this bad dream settle, its should be more positive about Bornoil. Just my opinion.
