kct153, not necessary. when insitutions want to dispose shares, they always do it at a discount. in Seadrill's case they can afford to sell it at a discount since they have been holding it ever since IPO-ed at 2.24. Seadrill itself is facing come challenges at home as their shares plunged 28%. So its normal to see a redirection of their assets. The management has given assurance that they will continue to remain important in SK and will not sell any more for the rest of the year :)

dinos, if you check history, EPF has been buying and selling this counter since it IPO-ed.
However its interesting to see that EPF has been a net seller for a couple of days already except for last friday, where it did not sell but just acquired instead.
