@Kris Wong Where the fiduciary duty to shareholders by the Board of Directors of Directors ? No shareholders rights and corporate governance at all !!! These culprits even sue the Share Registrar maybe to prevent shareholders to hold an AGM/EGM asap !!!

Mak Lin Kum and few think of fooling the authority and professionals by simply sue them to confuse shareholders to carry on AGM/EGM.

Fact is simple sue you, your hair dresser and roti canai shop he thinks you regular hang out, doesn't mean you are "guilty" or "cannot function", unless there is court order or judegement, months or years later.
