The Board of Directors of RMH is pleased to recommend a final single-tier dividend of 2 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2016. The declaration of the final single-tier dividend is subject to the approval of the Company's shareholders at the forthcoming Third Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The dividend entitlement and payment dates will be determined by the Board of Directors at a later date.
