@KLCI really there is no such thing as 'technical' rebound. for it to rebound there must be willing buyers who value the share more than you. when u lari lintang pukang they are the ones who go in and buy. stand still or not is your choice. remember I said this, 3.50 in 3 months.

Yesterday someone talk loud for never heard of technical rebound. So what is it now?

tksw, you are a guy with good heart, there are many choices out there which you can compare, afterall, you can still come back to Gadang if you think this is still the best to you. Gadang is good stock but valuation wise has too many weaknesses.

Please don't call me sifu, I am not there yet, I am here to share views only.

If someone don't know about technical terms in stock market, can you trust his statement about target price for a stock? Why I always come here? Because I see jokes here & it always make me feel funny. Not bad.

Time will tell, even RM2 I wont' buy for this kind of pump & dump stock.

Everyone expected technical rebound, so it happens. But, does anyone really know what is the meaning of technical rebound? A rebound means a recovery from prior negative activity. When things had gone too deep, it will bound back. Then it will continue to go down hill. It always happens to pump & dump stocks.

Take cash 7c, but stock price down another 7c, don't think dividend can help

Even you received your 7c dividend, the price will also adjusted lower of 7 cents on the ex-date

Look at Fiamma, limit up on the next day after announcement of corporate exercise, look at where it is now? Back to square one.

That's why, we have rules to follow BUT this conman never thought to follow, see what he did on late announcement in previous disposal of shares that he asked his followers to buy?

Conman KYY ask management to beautify the accounts so to make profits look higher & nicer, should SC take action against him for asking people to fake the accounts?

I have been watching this Gadang since price was RM1.40, those days there were many good people here discussed with all pros and cons, I guess these people tired to talk now unless down time. Because this forum is full of brainless & talking empty newbies.

Good point is no land holding cost for Kwasa project. But putrajaya project still unknown now

For Kwasa JV project, it's still long way to go, planning, negotiations with landlord for planning, launching, sales, construction & delivery. The early stage is the one none productive but important for later stage. With property market is so bad now, even hua yang cant avoid hitting low property sales.

Ask other good people like tksw, sjsoon & sing ye, they will be the better person to get fair advice.

tksw is always a humble guy, earned lots of money in Gadang but still maintains low profile & humble, I like his character. Learn something from tksw lah, xuewen

Talk about promoting, Go look at Gkent & EconPile now, xuewen, these are far superior companies & price rebounded immediately for good reasons

Same goes to SJSOON, these are good people except xuewen, he knows nothing about construction business but yet acting like he is lok onn
