Dont think so. Heitech is selling off their shares ( private placement at cheap price). Heitech is bumi SI, but their financial is always not that good. Alot of govt projects, but payment always delayed. As i know, if the company background's finance not strong, no longer can bid or get govt projects. This is the reason they did private placement.
