Most likely they will require less than 150 Million shares to get USD 1 Billion. If they sell the 300 million shares in treasury holding they'll get USD 2 Billion at that price. No Dilution of equity at all.

The Hong Kong listing is likely only in 6-8 months. That's another 2 Quarters from now. By that time TG's would have earned another RM 4 Billion in Net Profit. That is an additional RM 0.50 EPS .TTM EPS would be RM 0.75 @PE 30 even that is RM 23 . Where is the problem ?

Sorry, Top Gloves Market Cap is not 20% but 5% of Malaysia's GDP.
Apologize for the mistake.

Some Trivia:
General economic consensus estimates suggest that a 1% drop in Annual GDP leads to 0.5% increase in mortality rates. Job losses, poverty, emotional turmoil and the like.
Top Glove's market Cap is approximately 20% of Malaysia's annual GDP.
This is only some trivia.

As far as I am concerned, my advice to anyone is "Do not buy these 'Structured Warrants'. They only people it helps is the issuer.
The collateral damage it does is immense.
1. The people who don't buy these warrants.
2. The company that is underlying these warrants.
Take a moment and think.Top Glove is looking to list in Hong Kong. They will have to issue equity at a small discount or premium to the price of their share in the market. Without these warrants, imagine the valuation that would have been at. The company has a Capex outlay of RM 10 Billion over the next few years. That's meant to increase production capacities. For growth.
Now both the company & us investors have to struggle to achieve the valuations for the investments we have made.
STOP THESE STRUCTURED WARRANTS !!!

MoneyMakers, we simply DON'T CARE if the IB goes bankrupt. Tell us why we are not making enough money on the mother share because these guys HAVE to edge !
It's not only us, the company is losing its valuation because of these fradsters. And you want to justify them not losing money? Let them go Bankrupt. I don't care.

These IB's should be paying the warrant holders the money they spending on these creeps just to talk bullshit. What do they think ? All of us are fools ?

I tot IB hedge their warrants with the mother share. So if the mother share rise they tend to profit too from mother and use it to pay the warrants. I had this info from the Q&A session. They replied that is not necessary they will loose money with the share price bcos they hedge the warrants against the mother.

Why do you seem so anxious for the IB not to lose ? If they will not lose by the mother share price rising, why is it NOT rising ? Any large Fund Managers will tell you what PE multiples the Glove companies should be trading at.

If supermax reach RM 16 (ok not easy) then some cw will be 3,4,5 fold of today prices FIVE FOLD
Who wins in the end? The Issuer or the IB. Same story.

The PE is kept low for all Glove counters to project a false view of the outlook going forward. So that people will think its an industry norm.
If you look at PE ratios Quarter to Quarter, you will see the pattern of spikes before the results and drops post results. Genius methodology.
If one counter can be broken out of the mould, the rest will crack. For companies earning 300% + QoQ in any normal market should trade at nothing less than 70 PE. Check the data. You will see.

Michael Avenatti, Daniels’ lawyer, tweeted following the Guardian report that the “most important thing about [the book] is not the description of her sex with Mr. Trump.”
“It is instead her description of her life and role as a modern woman unafraid to speak truth to power,” Avenatti said.

Parrot, there is no doubt the IB are suppressing prices. They may have hedged by selling down and buying in. But there's a cost to that too. So, my guess is at the current levels IB losses will be minimised. I just don't get that we haven't made a concerted, combined effort to address this manipulation by the IB's. For sure they have a co-ordinated effort since most IB's have Warrants issued.
