i believe it should be better than the first 2 quarters, which were disappointing. 3Q results will give us an indication of how the full year will be. to break the previous high of 1.48, the company must deliver min 15 - 20% growth in net profit.

hopefully the results announcement will be good, will give the stock impetus to continue its uptrend.

ray81, from the price action over the last week, a lot of sellers close to 1.40. this is very likely due to the previous batch of buyers looking to exit. may take a while to clear 1.40 but i'm of the opinion accumulation at this level is ideal. my personal TP is significantly above this level. if the price can keep at current levels for a week or so more, then the next move above 1.40 should take place before CNY.

i agree with invest123. even if TNL makes 10% more than last year's net profit, the PE is no more than 6x, which make it a good investment, whichever way u cut it.

earnings reporting for full year expected on 29 May 2014. judging from the 1st 3Q's results, it is expected 4Q will be solid too. price not fully reflective on the earnings and more importantly, future earnings from the progressive recognition from property sales. definitely an undervalued stock worth buying at these levels.

results to be announced end may, it will be a nice build up for one month. still not too late to get in. those already in, sit tight for the ride up!!!

a close above 1.40 is psychologically very good. consolidate around 1.40 - 1.45 with good volume will set the stage for a big move up, taking out the previous high and very likely hit 1.80 - 2.00!
