When new quarter report coming out, the news will report that Pohuat's profit increased 200%. Previous financial year's first quarter's profit is so small, and Liihen's latest result shows that profit margin keep increasing, so this is not a dream.

When house market is good, the company need money for new project, so no money for dividend. When house market is not good, the company need money to buy land because it's very cheap, so also no money for dividend. Then, when the company can give dividend?

Khoo Cheng Hai bought a lot this few days. He don't want to give dividend, so the share price depressed to very low level, and he used his 30 million salary to buy this cheap shares. Is this the reason why he don't want to give dividend? Mr Khoo, please give the dividend you already promised!

I bought this share for more than one month already, then I sold half of the shares this morning at price 0.04 to buy airasia, and then pworth suddenly increase price, I think I have no luck in share market.

I managed to grab some at 3.05 today, I think tomorrow the price will be above 2.64 because majority thinks that the price will be lower on ex day, they wait until ex day to buy.
