But if we calculate by the way of logic, warrants exercise price 43 sen, if the warrants to be traded at 10 sen and the mother shares stay at 40 sen then to convert a warrant to a new mother share = 10 + 43 = 53 sen. So it's more worth to buy the mother share at 40 sen.
Yes you are right, over the 5 years period the value of warrants may appreaciate and this only possible when the value of the mother shares appreciated and this is been predicted by many. Even some compared it with the exercise of TAFI, which didn't offer free warrants.

Ask the remisers to confirm. The remisiers must perform their duty to their clients in all aspects about shares dealing and investing, not just do the buy and sell and earn the commisions.

With the exercise price of the warrants at 43 sen and the mother shares stay at 40 sen, what price would be the warrants,? Actually out of money. But in many cases the warrants were traded very much higher than its break-even value. I guess the warrants may open at least 10 sen

Waooo... the OR is now at 34 sen to 35 sen, beyond expectation. The mother shares are now at 39 sen. So either the mother shares to go up or the OR to go down. Added subscription price 10 sen to the OR, the new rights mother shares to be at 44 to 45 sen, above the price of the present mother shares. This only to be realised if the present mother shares move up to that price comes listing day of the new rights shares. If not then those who bought the OR at that price and subscribe to the rights are going to make loss. Guess the OR will drop back to 29 sen or 30 sen or further below.

Still accumulating at 7 sen and 7.5 sen by flushing out weak holders. May continue tomorrow.

If buy the OR at half sen, subscribe at 22 sen, total amount to be invested = 22.5. If the mother share closed lower than this price prior to the listing of the new shares and warrants, the warrant reference price may be at the lowest, half sen only. Not much profit to gain, may be just to cover the lost of the mother share invested. This rights issue seems not attractive.

Since 2moro is the last day to trade the OR, then push up the mother share then the OR may follow up, may be to 1 sen or 1.5 sen. The mother x-price may be at 9 to 10 sen.

Overall market outlook is not condusive. Politicians are busy with their 'fight' of power and money and creating uncertainty to the market, therefore went south. Next week if a stable new man at the helm possibly market may take the clue to go north.

Surprise with the 0.005 of the OR. Anticipated at least 0.01. However based on many of the previous OR, the price may rise up by a sen or 2 on the last day of the trading of the OR. JR has been buying in since April. As CEO surely he has the confident and believe his strategy to restructure the company will work. Come the right day he may see the fruits of his investment.

The price will only start to move significantly after gomen announced Sinopham to be administered to the people.

I'm suspicious that the few counters which are now being goreng or have been goreng-ed but will be goreng-ed again, like Dataprep are related to GE15 fund accumulation by the few major parties which have the means to do that with counters they have control in and almost all these counters if not all are negative profit counters.

From the former IGP final statement recently, clearly it's an indication that anything can happen in this bolehland, nothing is impossible. 1MDB has created the situation of that impossible possibility.
Similarly seen in the recent goreng of pennystocks where till this day someone still post the warning article in many counters forum though it's already a basi news.. and what has happened with Gets, Dataprep etc... so what's the different with T.Ocean. Then bot surprise if tomorrow it create another limit up.

The CEO has said to announce reorganisation of the group from time to time. Perhaps his strategies to tap the opportunity to push up the values of the group by each of announcement to reach its true level.
