Declare 0.48 CRPS conversion then vaccine and oil price good news. The timing could not be better. 0.48 price should be rejected! Like linheng said, we get sodomized with this price
2020-11-09 15:50 | Report Abuse
Where is linheng hiding? I miss him so much suddenly
2020-11-09 15:41 | Report Abuse
See my comments at Sept, they will push down the price to dilute our share. Now, they are doing it. 0.48. We are screwed in the daylight
2020-11-08 19:54 | Report Abuse
Izoklse is correct. Biden win is bad new for oil price. Let see next week can hold 0.45
2020-11-04 10:46 | Report Abuse
Linheng is dreaming those investors going to subscribe CRPS at conversion rate at 0.66.Grab a seat and popcorn how they play the CRPS game
2020-11-03 17:21 | Report Abuse
Surely not 1 off. 0.66 is inflated price. Next tench would be around 0.5
2020-10-29 21:20 | Report Abuse
0.40 is not far away. But I have no more bullet. What a pity
2020-10-21 17:09 | Report Abuse
Only Deri understand my concern about dilution and trench 1 not going to make it when I mentioned it on September. The boss will further press down the price to lower conversion rate of CRPS. By doing this, they will further dilute our share and gain the most out of it on current CRPS play.

With current and oil price forecast, we are going to enjoy cheap petrol at least another year. Hibiscus share holder has to be long term investor for some time
2020-10-21 07:09 | Report Abuse
I really hope those big sharks go ahead finish off first trench else thing will get ugly.
2020-10-16 09:58 | Report Abuse
I think Deri get my idea. The shark will press down the price to make 0.66 unattractive and asking/looking for much lower conversion price. So, the price will not go up until hit their target price. Don't dream on shares price will up until CRPS is all done
2020-10-15 21:43 | Report Abuse
When they convert it, the formula is 5 days average market price. Having said that, best time to convert is the lowest price for the week. If you are the shark, what would you do? If 0.66 is the fix price, then they will do other way by jacking the price above 0.66 to make the conversion attractive
2020-10-15 21:40 | Report Abuse
0.66 is just a sample to illustrate the mechanism and it is not final conversion price. They will press down the share price when they plan to convert it so that they get more shares. As simple as that.
2020-10-15 17:21 | Report Abuse
I have said this before, they press down the price to have better conversion ratio of CRPS. Then, it will greatly dillute the existing share. The retailers will always be loser. You can only see the price up after they have finished the conversion of CRPS

Who still think that CRPS will drive the share price to 0.66 at November out there?
2020-10-08 17:31 | Report Abuse
I highly suspect press down the share price. Can nego better CRPS price, I still don't believe shark will pay 0.66 at November
2020-10-02 18:06 | Report Abuse
I still don't think CRPS is 0.66 is final. Those sharks aren't stupid after all.
2020-10-02 14:51 | Report Abuse
My average price 0.63... Speechless

I have said earlier, the oil price low is good for Hibiscus to purchase new assets. Do you think the seller will lower the price if oil price still stay usd 50 and above?
2020-10-01 09:19 | Report Abuse
Esos and share buyback are all wayang? What a joke

Anyone can tell how much Hibiscus going to lost in coming QR report if the oil price is 38 to 42 Usd? How much impairment losses is needed?
2020-09-17 17:02 | Report Abuse
The oil price need to be low to let Hibiscus complete the acquisition. Else the original owner won't sell the asset at low price which may be a good thing.
2020-09-17 15:34 | Report Abuse
Oil price loosing steam again. The same for Hibiscus price too

In Libya, commander Khalifa Haftar committed to ending a months-long blockade of oil facilities, a move that would add more supplies to the market, although it was unclear if oil fields and ports would begin operations.

OPEC just lower the forecast for year 2020 and 2021.investing in this counter for long term. The price won't have any bull run at short term. You need to be realistic to the current oil market.
2020-09-14 07:46 | Report Abuse
Correct, the oil price won't stay low forever, but hoping the price bounce back above 0.66 on November without looking at oil markets is a gambling. I doubt any investor will not ask for massive discount on the conversion rate at 0.66
2020-09-13 21:26 | Report Abuse
There is some believer the price will soar to 0.66 on November
2020-09-12 11:13 | Report Abuse
@micsoh, yes if the big boss in Hibiscus is black hearted taking that approach, he will get massive of new shares. It is GG for small retailers like us with massive dilution. In bottom of my heart, I hope that will not happen but it is beyond our control
2020-09-12 09:08 | Report Abuse
And yes, if the asset acquisition is at very attractive price then it will boost up the share price, but that time. I believe those shares already done conversion at the lowest mother share price. They have already gain massive amount Hibiscus mother share.

That interest is not mandatory or contract like FD la. Those who cried consult Financial Experts is the one whom never did. The oil price rebound to usd50 by 2020 year end? It can be achievable if something goes wrong at middle East or OPEC+ conduct massive production cut. I really hope you people don't invest base on opinion in forum. Do your homework please

You guys are misleading everyone here. Those CRPS subscriber is not ordinary retail investors. Do you think that they are going to give you all Ang Pow 0.66? They are going to pay RM1 per CRPS share. The conversion has to be the latest average 5 days closing price not fixed. To maximise their returns, the Hibiscus mother share should be all time low in order for them to get more shares, diluting existing shares holders . After they eat enough, they will only consider pump up the share. For others, please think through it. Those investors are not doing any charity for us
2020-09-12 05:26 | Report Abuse
CRPS share cost is RM1. If anyone think it is 1 to 1 conversion to mother share is wrong to begin with. It is even more wrong if you think Hibiscus management has fixed the conversion rate at 0.66 for mother price. 0.66 in the report is example. It is a reference for illustration. If you still think Hibiscus is going to give Ang Pow at November. Good luck to you all
2020-09-11 22:28 | Report Abuse
Oh no. It is all wrong. Do you all think by 12th November first tranche some big shark going to push price to 0.66. It will become your biggest mistake in investment. Mark my words. Enough said
2020-09-11 17:11 | Report Abuse
I vote for 0.45. 0.66 on 12th November is false hope
2020-09-11 16:07 | Report Abuse
You need to wait for Trump to hentam Iran to jack up the oil price but that will never happen. Trump's ball is not that big afterall

This is syndicate control counter, it is just back to 0.055 to 0.06 norm. After some time it get bored, it will shoot up again. You need to be resilient. I had failed before. And I hope you guy doing better.
2020-09-11 09:19 | Report Abuse
If they calculate again 15th Sept, that price will be even lower. They will push down the price kaw kaw before do subscription. And you and I share will be diluted kaw kaw
2020-09-11 09:17 | Report Abuse
You guys still don't get it. Lower the price, the more shares they will get. They will dilute our share even more. Good for those syndicate whom can subscribe their CRPS. 0.66 is just a sample or reference for the average 5 days closing price plus 10%premium on 8th sept
2020-09-11 07:54 | Report Abuse
Share price trends will tell you whether what I say is right or not. It is going down until the subscription and conversion are done to maximise their CRPS
2020-09-11 07:17 | Report Abuse
They still able to rise RM2 bil no matter how low is the price. They just give more mother share. It is dilution to us. They will only pump up the price after conversion is done. Timing is totally controlled by them. If you able to follow the wave then you are rich.
2020-09-11 06:56 | Report Abuse
@allyoucanbuy, it is hard to explain over here. Please consult your Remiser how CRPS subscription and conversion then post back. Thank you
2020-09-11 03:48 | Report Abuse
If let say average for 5 market days press down to 0.055, plus 10% premium then 0.06. If you convert all 2 bil CRPS, you will immediately get RM30 billions of mother share. During that time, you will immediately become the major share holder which is biggest boss in Hibiscus director board. Theoretical it is that way which may not be that case in real life. That is how dillute it is to existing share holder if the mother share price pressed down to extreme level
2020-09-11 03:29 | Report Abuse
@micsoh I think you have confused 0.66 premium price that 0.66 just a sample of average price at last 5 days plus 10% premium at Sept 8th. 0.5972 plus 10%. That price is fluctuated depend when you convert. 0.66 is a sample when you convert on 8th September. If you convert all 2 billion CRPS share in the market then you will get approx 3 billion of Hibis mothers share as you have already paid RM2 billion real cash
2020-09-11 03:22 | Report Abuse
CRPS is good for big shark bad for small retailers. The lowest the share price, the more dilution it is. The only thing I don't know is, any share holder is eligible to subscribe base on total amount of shares own or it is eligible to certain shares holders. If is later then GG to us
2020-09-10 22:41 | Report Abuse
And the Cprs share will be converted mandatory depend how many percent they have completed the acquisition of the oil field or asset. Surely they will only pump up the share after the completion of acquisition. Before that, the price will be as low as possible so that they can get more mother share. So, the only way to go is down before November
2020-09-10 22:38 | Report Abuse
First you have to understand how conversion is being done. They have paid RM1 for CRPS. Do you know how many mother share they get? Let say average 5 days closing price is 0.5. Then 0.5 + 0.05(10% premium) which will be 0.55. RM1/0.55 then they get 1.81 mother share. So, 1000 unit CRPS will get 1810 unit of mother share. If they press down the share before complete the acquisition of new oil field. They get more mother shares
2020-09-10 21:29 | Report Abuse
And those big shark before that own 0.now they own 90%.
