My conviction: Bandar Malaysia is key driver to spur the economy before next GE. PH will ensure BM make it to happen.

It is just matter of time for IWH -CREC to raise fund to pay off the remaining balance of 6.17 billion of land acquisition from TRX.

Lesser chance of BM being cancelled under PH.
Under current new deal, BM will be more people centric as oppose to previously under 1MDB where the deal was driven by 1MDB Rationalisation Plan aimed at paying off 1MDB’s debts.

Aristocrats, be mentally prepared the price to drop further. If the invested money is extra money which you are not needed in short term just take it easy. Ignore all the noise from this forum especially from naysayer.

I take risk and reward into consideration. Just invested few days around 75 cent. Another equal amount in provision just in case share price decline below 70 cent

The shell of Bandar Malaysia Station is already provided in MRT2 line plan. Two Bandar Malaysia station: North and South. Full MRT2 line is gonna be completed by end of 2022. When is the next General Election due?
No ample time left for IWH. It needs to move as quickly as possible to get the fund needed to pay off the balance of land acquisition to TRX before next GE due.

My personal view that Ekovest shall be benefited from IWH with potential. This gonna be year to witness it. It won’t delay much as IWH -CREV need to settle remaining of 6.17 billion of land acquisition from TRX before next General election.

Where got Ekovest winning BM news?

Roger is not PM, or LKE, what info he has we have too. He is just doing his most to put Bandar Malaysia in negative perspective to achieve his ulterior motive. Apart from this what he can do more about ? Can he influence PM or LKE on BM? Don’t think too highly of his negative comment.

In scenario if unfortunately BM failed to carry on, the Ekovest share may decline back to 60 cent. Reward is if succeeded to move through it may fetch more than RM 1 in takeover bid.

Risk and reward, make a wise choice.

Let Roger talk in here. Don’t bother about him. He is negative about BM, let him been negative all around. If he have ulterior motive, let it be.

Drilling - still a drag but recovery on track. The segment reported revenue of RM272m, increasing from RM253.5m (+7.3% YoY) in 2QFY19 and RM230.4m (+18% QoQ) in 1QFY20. The improvement was mainly due to higher rig utilization of 6 units versus 5 units in the previous quarter and better technical utilization of average 99.7% versus 98.5% in 2QFY19 despite the same number of rigs being put to work. As a result of higher revenue, the segment only recorded a pre-tax loss of RM35.7m, narrowing from a loss of RM58.3m in 2QFY19 and RM50.9m in 1QFY20. Although it is still a main drag to the Group’s overall performance due to underutilization, we see the recovery progress still on track. Sapura’s rig utilization is now back to 6 units this quarter on reactivation of T-9 rigs to Exxon. In addition, further improvement will be seen in 2HFY20 with T-10 rigs to re-commence in 3QFY20 for Petronas Carigali while Sapura Jaya rigs will also be mobilized in the same quarter to Chevron in Angola. Hence, management is maintaining its target utilization of 7-8 rigs by end the FY20.

Slowly SAPNRG will recover. IF drilling sector break even in soon to be release quarter, it'll be very good indicator and sign that ominous dark clouds will go....



Lower loss in drilling – Quarterly revenue from Drilling increased 7% YoY and 18% QoQ to RM272m with 6 rigs operating, 3 rigs to restart operations and 7 rigs being stacked. Loss before tax narrowed to RM36m from RM51m in 1QFY20. Management expects the drilling division to breakeven in FY21 after the 2 rigs begin operations in 3QFY20.

Anybody can guess, l expect a reduced loss or not a significant profit.

Invested recently. Accumulated price from 26 to 29 cent. The heaviest ship still wavering in ocean. It is too complex to understand its business nature. Just take the advice shared by cold eye, and invested. Look like a insanely decided investment. Wait for it to turn around. If it uncontrollably floated to London, let unload it at London Bridge at 20 cent, the cut loss point.

Just wait for few more quarters, until before 2021, another condition to hold it.
