d)AGONY - 2 shares, Flonic & TMS.

Relax - the par value reduction is meant to wipe out accumulated losses of nearly 17million from the accounts.Already approved by shareholders and now pending High Court sanction. With a 'clean account' and no capital commitments,it would be easier to get fresh loans to move forward. There is existing 'transfer' of shares by Novatige - the other names Mr. Goh and Mr. Heng, their names appear bcos they are the directors of Novatige. Now lets invest to look forward to what these new shareholders can do. I foresee Nova will be transferring out additional shares to gradually reduce their holdings. Vinvin.

Now is my opportunity if price fall further. Anyway, my own opinion is to wait and c what this company can do - at least there seems to be some corporate movement. Remember there is a profit guarantee from their purchase in cash of new subsidiary.
