TBH, not really imo, More like same with all retailers... just hold until next goreng... why i said goreng? coz no good news or catalyst can bring the price up. If CNCQ cannot bring the price up.. what else? Pls dont say MB transfer as i do believe that current management don't have any honest intention to do so. People who are holding from last year will hold until death. No point of pressing IMO, MAYBE there is always new innocent prey coming and chase the bait. Thus, shark always uses the same method again and again. They are fully equipped and known well of investor/retailers behaviour. Every time they did their "dirty" work... they get the reward.

@Vivo.. if release late... u know already what is the result.. typical vivo... IMO, disagreement to sell their share is understandable actually. Would you sell your house for half the price? Sure not right? It was nothing to do with the result of next Q.. still anyone guess could be good or bad... even if it is good.. like previous EPS.. keep increasing, but the price remains the same...

The current share price is indeed ridiculous. share price mingling around 0.125-0.135 before the CNCQ try to acquire some shares. But, when failed... price went down. Along these periods no price movement what so ever... Supposedly, price before and after just the same... but, so some reason it is not.

The best deal for Vivocom is to maintain management and financial controls while leveraging CNQC technical advantage for win win unless CNQC is willing to pay above market rate for major possession. Local owning controls mean it still a local base company thus stand highest chances of wining local projects by local way, more importantly, these controls allow management freedom to decide when or what best for their shareholders.

That is why IMHO all these will only wayang kulit only. Few cent goreng from time to time is enough for them due to a huge volume of vivo's. If CNCQ indeed puts a deal.. sure all these sharks buy like crazy already. We retailers as always, get the leftover portion.

Vivo is known to announce something bad/below expectation result on the last day of the quarters. So, this not exempted.

Basically, the best scenario Management just let em sink like never happen before. so retailers just wait.. waait and wait.
