I am very sure that the Funds locally and from Singapore ( not Calvin Tan) have taken position and indeed the shareholders profile has changed without Brahmal and maybe a smaller holding by DP Capital..

I have briefly reviewed MEGB. I recognise its turnaround potentials the service it will render and also the JV by the white knights...However I don't like deal done subject to Due Diligence...so watch out for this escape clause by traders like Brahmal...this is not my Calvinistic pouring water on your investment and that of Alpha Trader..but a friendly tip to look out for....I know all these tricks as I have seen them done over time..

jyou...it's good to have somebody who has first hand experience with IFCA Mall Management Solution Software...I heard it is a very convenient tools for management and as outlets and space are at their finger tips over the APPS...It actually shows this Forum are supported by people who has true knowledge and professional in their views...

jyou...some counters are purchased on charts & TA, some are on events...ii is an old economic theory that price is a function of supply and demand...and on the stock market it is governed by market sentiments...the others are dirty floats which do happen from time to time (like Repco, Transmile, Hwa Tai)...my money is on IFCA that it is an organic growth and shareholders profile are changing for better stability...gravy train to Q4 ...Q1 2015....MB.....super capital gain..hahaha

All analysts raised the TP and the performance of IFCA...

China is not a hot balloon story...IFCA recognises it is difficult to do business in China...but their products may have been fully amortised and they are not out for a big share of the market...everything boils down to New Clients and increase in volume...

Best part is they are sitting on piles of cash.. possible M&A opportunities will give them a quantum leap in business revenues...

Some may read this as a Ghosting/Collecting process at 71.5 sens...putting a lot of sellers and buyers....the barriers are set up if you want to buy at lower price you have to queue and if you want to sell higher..also need to wait your turn...Contra traders hate this type of scenario..the T+3 can easily go by so quickly...

For this period if you cannot take up the shares ...DO not BUY..be warned that many sifus have been burnt trading even in IFCA..

I just hope that Ex Chairman Mr Yong Kok Leong..is on this forum and sue this SA TAN for vilifying his reputation...owning shares and declaring that you don't and represent that you are independent is an offence ...suggesting that he is dishonest and is a criminal...
