　（吉隆坡13日訊）ETI科投（ETITECH，0118，創業板科技股）交投量今日繼續熱爆全場，消息說，馬石油丹斯里莫哈末西迪哈山女兒蘇姿蘇蓮娜將崛起成為第2大股東，及該公司將專注在太陽能業務。

　一連2日都穩霸10大熱門股榜的ETI科投，今早微升1仙，以12仙迎市，交易不到半小時，成交量已突破1億股，引起市場關注與揣測，較后緊隨馬股南下。閉市時，該股平盤收在11仙，成交量高達2億1729萬6000股。

　消息說，ETI科投正醞釀大型企業活動，現在已能肯定的是，下週將迎來第2大股東，將持有1億股，已可控制公司。

　去年，蘇姿蘇蓮娜及與她關連的公司，取得永續能源發展機構（SEDA）供應太陽能的合約，佔合約32.4%。

　消息說，退休將軍莫哈末雅欣已證實，已有人與他接洽，讓他掌管ETI科投，並指明公司往后發展方向集中在太陽能業務。

　市場傳聞說，ETI科投將易名為“1個大馬能源公司”（One Energy Malaysia）。

　（吉隆坡12日訊）市場傳出首相兒子納茲夫丁入股ETI科投（ETITECH，0118，創業板科技股），使該股今日異軍突起，交投熱烈躍升為今日最熱門股項，並有逾1億股或14%股權在場外易手。

　資料顯示，這家PN17公司股本約7億627萬股，今日共有約14.2%股權以7仙在場外易手。

　消息說，曾在2011年入股豐昇工業（HARVEST，9342，主要板工業）的納茲夫丁，是ETI科投14%股權場外交易的買家。

　ETI科投今早開市時掛平盤7仙，截至休市股價微揚1.5仙，掛8.5仙，不過交投熱烈，成交量高達3055萬6400股；午盤該股交投更上一層樓，半個交易日創下1億4545萬4000股成交量，令其他股項望塵莫及，閉市掛11仙，起4仙，總成交量17601萬400股，為今日十大熱門股之首。

　該公司在本月6日接獲豐隆銀行出庭傳票（writ of summon）及起訴，追討730萬令吉欠款。

　ETI科投今年年初已報備指出，公司面臨財務危機情況，正與馬銀行及豐隆銀行洽談，重組和重新安排償還現有債務。
