MZM, Kanger has an MOU with ZP which is listed in NPRA list of importers.

I think NPRA will approve Kanger's application eventually, simply bcos no convincing reason to reject. Don't know where duopharma got their sinopharm....but Kanger getting from Arab will be acceptable to the majority of malaysians and some vaccine haters might even ok to accept it.

Please correct me if wrong...Mr James Ng video mentioned compared to 2019 when share price was 4 Sen, now 5 Sen, gain is 25%, impressive. James mentioned loss over several quarters, but never mentioned the many recent positive points, So this might encourage some busy holders from 2019 to sell for the 25% gain.....But if I'm from 2019 I will hold because James didn't seem to give a balance assessment.....

JK22, many valid points. While we can't be sure of the future, we have to make decisions based on available, incomplete information. I like the sharings here, as they help keep me up to date. Eg. you mentioned Evergrande! We have limited time to find out everything by ourselves.
Based on available info, my judgement on Kanger is positive, just give it time to do its businesses and wait for it to grow! Going to do other job now....

@MZM2511, Yes, i neglected the psychological aspects of share consolidation. Thanks for pointing out. Ptrans did fine in the consolidation exercise, but does not mean other can.

Consolidation not necessary bad. Look at Perak Transit, 3 becomes 1, I don't see got issues. Two benefits at least: 1. Less price volatility (eg. 5to 5.5 change is 10%) 2. Attract major funds to buy-in.

Just thinking aloud: Those ppl (including the bosses) who are not going to convert WB sell it @1sen are actually doing Kanger good. Why? Bcos they are not hogging the tickets preventing company to get more fund. As mentioned, I bought WB to the max of my ability, and plan to convert to mom when I can afford it. Those who have the cash now to buy mom @ 5.5 are getting a good deal.... congrats!

First time in 1.5 year I witness mother up warrant down phenomenon! By 5pm, I ended up with more than 2 mil more warrants. Hope I was not crazy, haha.

On "Margin accounts do not accept warrants", can someone explain more? If this is a possible reason, how the timing fit? Why it must happen on Oct 11, 7th day after listing date.

Bought as much warrant as I could afford, believe it's right decision.... let's hope so!!

DarrenWai, you're right. I checked the AR 2021, I don't see any of the 10 defendants has more than 5% shares, unless I overlooked. Only if have more than 5% shares, then only announce in Bursa, right? So, none of the current major shareholders including directors sold their shares.

@Francisco, pls correct me if wrong. In my humble opinion, those who don't know the issues well better to stay out. If the team wants to be incharge, then one way is for it to have enough shares and voting rights. If a team sold its shares these few days to take profit to the extent that it lost its say, so be it, it cannot be incharge.... can't have it both ways! Anyway, it can still buy back in the next few days, so let the team that manage to gain the most support win.
