AWANTEC is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary company, Prestariang Systems Sdn. Bhd. (“PSSB”), has successfully procured the contract for the supply of Perisian G Suite Enterprise For Education Bagi Sekolah-Sekolah Di Bawah Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia (“the Contract”) with the Ministry of Education (“MOE”). The Contract is for a term of three (3) years, effective from 9 July 2021 with a value of RM22,777,509.38 (Ringgit Malaysia Twenty-Two Million Seven Hundred and Seventy-Seven Thousand Five Hundred and Nine and Thirty-Eight Sen) (inclusive of 6% Sales and Service Tax).

MOE had on 8 July 2021 issued the Surat Setuju Terima to PSSB and the terms of the transaction will be embodied in a formal contract to be executed between both parties.

This announcement is dated 9 July 2021.

Material Litigation - The Company wishes to announce that in light of the Full Movement Control Order, the Court has informed parties that: -

(i) the hearing date on 7 July 2021 has been vacated; and

(ii) the hearing dates on 6 August 2021, 18 August 2021 and 19 August 2021 are maintained and fixed for physical hearings in open court.

The Company will make the necessary announcements on material developments in respect of this matter from time to time.
