Buy rate consistently low yet the price is creeping up

How do you TA guys interpret this?

When announce bonus/split, some shareholders will buy/sell some to avoid getting odd lots. I'm one of them.

BOTH exercises serve only 1 purpose - to make the stock price APPEAR cheaper.

Price per share readjusts downward

So does Earnings PER SHARE

P/E remain unchanged

Imagine RM100,000 value business
Last time got 100 shares at RM1K per share
Profit last year was RM50K
EPS RM500 per share
So PE was 2 times

Now u give "bonus" issue of 1 for 1
So total shares jadi 200 shares
Now 1 share becomes worth RM500 per share
EPS becomes adjusted to RM250
PE remains at 2 times

Stop deluding yourself!!!

I repeat.

Take your mooncake and slice it smaller then return the same to you.

Instead if 1 whole mooncake, now you have 4 slices or 8 slices of ONE mooncake.

Nothing changes to your investment value.

Still ONE mooncake. There is no "bonus" in the sense of additional value to you.

It's basically taking your mooncake and cutting it in smaller pieces and then returning it to you.

Guys, go do your reading/homework. Bonus issues, by itself, does NOTHING to increase value of your investment.

@titan3322 as I said, individual investors even if they all gang up canot fight the selling by institutions

Some would argue for "buying the uptrend"
- to me, this is paying more/buying expensive stocks

But I believe in "accumulating when no one is interested"

Last time when OTB and KYY promote JAKS, everyone was too bullish, too hopeful, hence everyone sank together.

Now that almost everyone has given up on this stock, and the fundamentals is solid (power plant has commenced commercial operation), this is the time to accumulate!

Run when bullish, accumulate when bearish!

I will also come back support at below 3.20

Now limited upside I would say

No institution support

TAANN is not a speculators' stock

Want 100% gain 95% loss type of stock, go elsewhere

If last time the coal plant haven't start generating, really those TPs are overly optimistic

But now the plant achieved COD already, no reason to keep trading so cheap

JAKS certainly look a deep value stock now.
