Yes, I hope so.. But I believe 135 to 140 is very big resistance coz a lot ppl buy this price b4 (2 or 3 yrs ago)... that's y it drop back when it touch 140 when 2 weeks ago..

I believe the shopping mall won't contribute significant income for coming quarter due to high maintenance cost and low rent out rate.. maybe it can cause 4464 made some small loses but this is expected.. Anyway, buy low and sell high is the best way at current step..

Yes. Normally I Starr accumulate at 75 to 80.. But sometime maybe can get lower.. And sell it at 90 to 100..

For 4464, if u can caught it.. U can earn around 30%per yr.. U go check the history chart then u will know what I mean.. Frankly to u, I already earn around 50k in this 1 yrs++

On 30 September 2016, the Board had approved the incorporation of the fair value gain from the fair value adjustment of the investment property of RM31.55 million into the Statement of Financial Position of the Company as at 30 September 2016.
